COVID Update
on 29 March 2021 in Local News

Updated: Monday 29 March 2021

As of 5pm, Monday 29 March 2021, the Queensland Government imposed new restrictions for all Queensland based venues. It is now a mandatory government requirement that masks must be worn in venue unless eating or drinking, and customers remain seated at all times while visiting our venue unless using facilities such as toilets or when ordering food and drinks. No dancing is allowed.

Furthermore to the above, the Queensland Government has developed a plan to ease COVID-19 trading restrictions to ensure businesses can reopen in a way that encourages business activity but does not compromise the health of our customers, staff and the community.

As of 1am, Tuesday 1 December 2020, the Queensland Government have eased restrictions on businesses further as part of Stage 6 in the roadmap to easing Queenland’s restrictions. View these changes over on the QLD Government website or via this roadmap.

As we welcome the Queensland Government’s direction under Stage 6, things will begin to look a little more normal at the Maraboon Tavern, ensuring we comply with the government’s guidelines throughout the venue.
