Our menu is built around the iconic Maraboon smoker, bringing a distinctly modern Australian flavour to every dish. Think slow-smoked meats done to perfection, beloved pub classics, fresh seasonal salads, and light snacks — all crafted with care and served in a space that feels as good as the food tastes.
Dine inside our stylish, air-conditioned Bistro or head out to the spacious Terrace and enjoy your meal under the Central Highlands sky. However you choose to enjoy it, great food and an exceptional atmosphere are always on the menu at MBT.

The Terrace

What was once an open-air space has been transformed into one of the most unique dining experiences in the region. The newly enclosed Maraboon Terrace gives you all the charm and ambience of alfresco dining, without anything the Queensland weather can throw at you. Light, bright, and beautifully designed, it feels like you’re dining outside – because it used to be. The result is a relaxed, airy atmosphere that’s completely comfortable no matter the season. It’s the kind of space you settle into and never want to leave.

Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
Lunch: 11:30am – 2:30pm
Dinner: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Extended Bar Menu — available Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 2:30pm (Sports Bar only)
