Mini Golf Term's & Conditions.

See below the full terms and conditions
  1. Bookings & Prepayments: Full prepayment is required via OpenTable at the time of booking to secure your mini golf tee time. Online reservations are available on a rolling 90-day window and close 1 hour prior to the scheduled shift.
  2. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Online modifications cannot be made. Cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows will forfeit the full payment.
  3. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): The Maraboon Tavern strictly adheres to RSA laws. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any patron deemed intoxicated or disorderly. No refunds will be issued for mini golf bookings if a player is refused service or asked to leave the venue due to RSA compliance.
  4. Player Safety & Footwear: Appropriate closed-toe footwear must be worn at all times while playing mini golf and navigating the venue. Patrons must follow all posted safety signs, course rules, and directions given by tavern staff.
  5. Supervision of Minors: Children under the age of 12 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times, both on the mini golf course and within all dining or beer garden precincts.
  6. Equipment, Property & Damage: All golfing equipment remains the property of the venue and must be returned immediately following your round. Patrons are liable for any intentional damage, vandalism, or misuse of the course, equipment, landscaping, or tavern property, and may be charged repair or replacement fees.
  7. Liability & Injury Waiver: Patrons enter the premises and use the mini golf course entirely at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law, Maraboon Tavern accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal injury, illness, slips, trips, falls, or the loss, theft, or damage of personal property sustained anywhere within the venue or course boundaries.
  8. Refusal of Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request any patron to leave the premises at any time to ensure the safety, comfort, and security of our guests and staff.
